“My time with Kerry counselling me was a massive help, she has a lovely and calming personality and I felt comfortable with her and could easily express my feeling of anxiety. It was a great help to be able to talk to someone who is on neutral ground and does not judge or criticise the person. Kerry helped me on how to deal with people and situations that some times was out of my control. Over the period of time I could feel a difference in my well being and started to feel stronger in myself, the help and advice was useful as when in places I could deal with things much better. I would recommend counselling to anyone as there are times in our lives that we may need it . It helped me loads and I know others will feel the same. I thank Kerry for all her help and support.”
